Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at Auburn University - AU 2.0 As best I can tell, they have only started renovations because they had to. They throw only one party a year, but it is big. They have had a ghost house for 4 years, and I have only ever met one. He was cool enough. Now that is probably more my fault, but I still only have ever heard about them once a year because of the annual party. If only they hadnt tried to burn down their house years ago they could have been somewhere

Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at Auburn University - AU 2.0 than just a house and involvement. They've been a non factor so long that they may as well be an inactive chapter. They have barely enough brothers to have parties so yeah, they may be cool guys but just not enough of them to do anything.

Yes, they are now starting their engines again, but they have a LONG way to go before becoming top tier, or even middle tier. Start by dehauntifying their house. I get kinda creeped out every time I walk by it...

Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at Auburn University - AU 2.6 Honestly, they're on the line between middle tier. Everytime I go by their house it looks vacant and kinda creepy/run down. Their parties, on the rare occasion of even hearing about one are kinda lame. The one positive is that they are a pretty nice, and classy group though very small in number.
