Fines! Fines! Fines! My roommate is ChiO and all she does is pay fines. Sometimes she just needs to study but has to pay the ChiO fine for not showing up for some dumb meeting. All they do is have boring meetings and fine their members. Don’t go ChiO unless you are ready to shell out bank for fines!
