Top:
1) Kappa Sigma - Ivy man for Alpha Phi, very relevant in sports, and has decent parties. I haven't heard much about their other parties except for the venue in the beginning of the year
2) Sigma Pi - Good relations with Tri Delta and Alpha Phi, good pledge class, and good parties.
3) Sigma Alpha Epsilon - Great relations with DG (Anchorman), good relations with Alpha Phi, and top in sports. Heard their most recent invite party was fun
Middle:
4) Phi Kappa Psi - good fraternity, don't really know who they party with, alright parties. Halloween venue was whack af
5) Pi Kappa Alpha- Relevant in sports, weak pledge class, and alright relations with sororities
6) AEPi
7) Sigma Chi
8) Sig Ep
Bottom:
9) FIJI
10) Pi Kappa Phi
11) Phi Delta Theta
12) Sigma Nu
13) Triangle

there are only like four good looking alpha phis you will ever see hangout with sigma pi. They definitely have groupies, but most of their groupies are from bottom houses
