Top. [Structured houses that consistently get solid classes, throw good parties, and have good relations.]
- KSig / Phi Psi
Upper Mid. [Structured houses that are a step down from top tier, but are still contenders. These houses could be a top house with a few good PC's and throw good parties and maintain good social standing.]
- PIKE
- Sig Ep / Sigma Pi
------------- (cutoff) [The houses below don't exemplify the same sort of "fraternity experience" that those above do, but are still somewhat relevant ]
Mid. [There is a big difference between upper and middle. These houses have a small group of strong guys, and perhaps succeed in one part of their chapter but fail in others. They have as much upwards potential as they have the risk of falling.]
Sig Chi
SAE
FIJI
Lower Mid. [They have some relevance with mid and low-tier sororities. Maybe a handful of face guys]
AEPi
Phi Delt
------------- (cutoff)
Bottom Tier. [These chapters aren't talked about or cared about.]
Beta / PiKapp
Sig Nu
#4by: corrections
- putting sae between sigchi and fiji kinda of a stretch, but tbh their new lack of a house makes things uncertain so whatever
- sigma pi and sigep are nothing alike and nowhere near each other
- the gap between sigep and sigma chi isn't that big
- sigma pi is still above pike. wait til fall to see if anything happens
- give sigma nu more credit. maybe above beta
- the descriptions for each ranking over generalize what these fraternities are like, i wouldnt pay attention to it

Relax sigma chi, sigep has a reasonable gap above you.
