Was wondering what qualities a top frat house is looking for. AKA how do i ensure i get a bid from a top frat house.

Every fraternity is different, check all of them out and find one that you fit in with.

You are clearly lacking if you need Greek rank to tell you what to do
If you don't think you belong as is then we don't need/want you as well
If you are confident enough to believe you're top house material you wouldn't need to post on here.

Go work on that and see us in fall

From a sorority girl: Why can't you just go into rush to find your right fit? Maybe it's top maybe it's not? Don't you want the best experience. Got to go where you fit in.
