Why do they think they can buy other sororities relations by spending stupid amounts of money on their philanthropy? They hardly knew their coaches, and they aren't that close to g phi/tri delt relative to other fraternities but I guess you could argue Theta is close to them.
Try hards can buy the W, but next week when there's a shortage of phi delts at the sorority formals, you're going to look like fools.

Let's forget about the social climbing for a second and give credit to phi delt for strongly supporting these great causes. I understand there's underlying competition associated with these but let's not forget why these philanthropies are held in the first place.
Second, winning philanthropies does not necessarily mean improved relations. And their relations shouldn't really affect existing ones for other frats. So in that case, any bitterness is unnecessary.
Too much hate going on. They deserved to win the last two philanthropies so good for them. These things are supposed to be fun, don't take things so personal.
