These rankings are ridiculous. It's really shallow that some people on here are basing looks and aesthetics in rank. The only rank that truly determines 'top house' are bids. Alpha Phi has been top house for the last 4 consecutive years now. That's irrefutable. Check your facts, sweetie..

First off pike is a large chapter. Theyre decent at 5th or so. SAE > Pike. At least the chapters are more or less where they belong.
My take:
Top:
Ksig ( indisputably top house. )
The rest in no particular order, broken down into tiers.
Near top:
Sig pi
Phi Psi
Upper mid:
Pike
Sig nu
Sae
Honestly the rest of the chapters dont even matter.

I personally feel like SAE's fallen significantly from its former reputation from years ago. I never thought I would say this, but I agree that Sigma Pi is above them. However, I wouldn't put Sigma Pi as a "top tier" frat.

1.)Ksig (undisputed)
2.)Phi Psi (can't be top without a house and so many random guys)
3.)SAE (fell the hardest with such poor classes in recent quarters)
4.)Pike (losing presence on campus, good, but never great)
5.)Sigma Pi (not a real fraternity, bids everyone for money, just a bunch of try hards creeping on freshmen girls)

Sigma Pi doesn't deserve to be rated on the same level of SAE or even Pike. Sigma Pi is a joke of a fraternity
