sigep self ranks

SigEps are the biggest self-rankers on Greek Rank. They're also desperate try-hards, claiming to have good relations with the top sororities but in reality almost no APhis, DGs or Tri-Delts actually talk to them (maybe only a few Tri-Delts). They must be delusional to believe that they're above SAE's level.
Stop trying to be relevant SigEp, no one cares about you enough to keep promoting about you besides yourself.

I'm sorry but sae is way better than sigep. I only hang out with two frats pretty much... ksig and sae who I really believe are top. If only DG's and Aphi's come to their parties it means they're doing something right so sigep may be top house with middle tiers but sae is top house for top sororities

Sae is the 40 year old at the YMCA courts who was a good high school athlete back in the day but is now washed up trying to ball everyone up but keeps losing.
They have to realize they're not what they used to be. Not saying they're low but they're definitely not top anymore
Top/mid sounds about right but they're trending downwards
They Have their loyal dg and aphi girls but that'll slowly diminish too
