Ok so a week after bid day, and having the new girls come out to parties. These are the ranks as I see them, and yes ranks do change after pledge classes, that is how it has always been.

This is it. This is the rank i can agree with. Tri delt deserves to be top. AXO isn't as bad as Pi Phi, and theta is slipping
