Explanation:
Ranks really should change with every fall class.
DG is undisputed top house, Aphi is back down to second.
Tri delt is now officially top tier. Gphi established themselves as top mid above Theta. AXO pulled ahead and isn't back at the bottom of mid. Pi Phi and sk did the worst and are bottom houses. I don't know if KKG is coming back or not.

Most people moved down or up one place. AXO was undisputed bottom last year, so they really can't just rise two places overnight. Theta still has better quality girls overall.

I don't agree with these rankings currently, but I can see them being accurate in the near future, maybe even a year. Some houses have been improving at a steady rate like Tri delt and gphi while other houses have been prettt back and forth. I don't think it'll ever be in my years that I see a Tri delt or gphi top house, but you never know what can happen. We've heard the rumor that 7 years ago Aphi wasn't as great as they are now, so who's to say other houses can't be like that?

Wouldn't necessarily say that a new fall class changes the rank completely but I do agree with these ranks
