thoughts on sae, pike, sig ep, and sig chi?

What do you guys honestly think about them? I checked out all four houses and they seem like great guys. Just wanted to see everyone else's input on them.

The hot girls hang out with SAE and KSIG, there's some cool guys in PIKE, and Sigma Chi isn't necessarily "top house" but they always have nice/sweet guys

From a girls perspective the top houses are Pike, Phi Psi and SAE 100% K Sig is also up there. To me, they are interchangable depending on the guy that you are.
