Their AV parties aren't what they used to be. Could of done way better with their new fall class, they were sloppy af at the last party.

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of California, Irvine - UCI 4.8 I just met the guys and i really vibe with them. The recruitment chair made me actually feel like a human rather than a rushee. The house in AV is pretty dope too

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of California, Irvine - UCI 4.0 Okay, are they a top house? No, but they have some of the realest and most down to earth guys. They can party, and my sisters and I always have a great time at their parties. They aren't super well known, but I think they're slowly changing that. I would definitely give them a shot, plus some of the new guys are pretty damn cute.

Okay, are they a top house? No, but they have some of the realest and most down to earth guys. They can party, and my sisters and I always have a great time at their parties. Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of California, Irvine - UCI 4.2 Don't know why sigep gets so much hate. They are definitely not a top house, but they are still a great group of guys. They are a smaller fraternity, but have a very strong brotherhood because of it. They are polite and definitely know how to hang and have a good time. They are underrated by many other chapters, but it is usually because they haven't met them yet. sigep is definitely a strong middle tier fraternity and is slowly rising to top tier.

SigEp isn't the best frat ever, but I do think they have a little bit of everything- cuties, hotties, good grades, sporty dudes, and some good parties. I'll give them a 8/10 for this past school year.
