Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of California, Irvine - UCI 3.8 Tough Fraternity to rank, a lot of awk guys and some really cool guys, Safari was one of the few parties of theirs that I went to and it was fun. I know they are losing their former pres and another guy i talked to is leaving in the middle of next year... So they might struggle if they don't rush well
