Throws amazing parties, pull hot girls, and are solid at sports. Could be top 2 with Phi Psi's seniors graduating and their low quality pledge classes this year.

Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at University of California, Irvine - UCI 4.0 Sig pi is all over the place. They have a lot of creepers but they also have a lot of legit guys. Upper mid house on the cusp of breaking top 3 for sure. One more year of a solid rush and theyll be top 3. Props on the improvement. Lol @ trolling other frats via self ranking high / ranking others down. I find it funny since greek is a joke and shouldnt be taken so serious. Id put you at 4th tho, which is solid. Minimize the creeps.

Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at University of California, Irvine - UCI 3.8 Im a Theta, and yeah yeah we have the rep for haten sig pi but I have been getting to know more and more of them and they are AWESOME. hope our chapters will soon be close.

Hopefully their values continue to progress in a positive way and more girls will show up to their events.

Theyve done work with rush and are gonna rise even farther next year. They throw great parties, pull hot girls, and are solid at sports. Plus their chapter size is only increasing. If thats not an uppertier house then i dont know what is. They could fix their attitude though
