Pi Kappa Alpha - ΠΚΑ Fraternity at University of California, Irvine - UCI 3.0 a mid to upper mid tier house that could go either way. solid presence and does well in sports. parties range from good to very good, but can be great in time. quality varies, however, there is drive, which leads me to believe they could break past that mid tier ranking sooner than not. definitely a house to watch.

Pi Kappa Alpha - ΠΚΑ Fraternity at University of California, Irvine - UCI 3.0 Probably going to get a lot crap for this, but I'm not a fan of Pike. Sorry, but I'm not. Every one of these guys I met are douchie. However, here's the thing. There's a lot of them, they do throw some good parties and have a really strong presence in the sports scene. They do, as much I don't want to admit, seem to be on the rise. Soooo, my rating is one that is trying to be as unbiased as possible, though I probably won't be going to any Pike parties any time soon.

Pi Kappa Alpha - ΠΚΑ Fraternity at University of California, Irvine - UCI 4.0 Upper-mid tier. Throw good parties, definitely see a consistency in the types of guys they keep in the chapter. Good balance between frat and NF. Cant see them moving up or down.
