Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of California, Irvine - UCI 4.6 Honestly, these guys have come a long way. when they got here last year, they were a joke. Didn't hang out with anyone, got destroyed at sports, were definitely bottom of the bottom tier chapters. This year, they throw decent parties, have stuff going on with sororities all the time, and theyve actually done pretty well in all of their sports. Don't get me wrong, theyre definitely not top tier, but probably more mid/upper mid. Maybe someday you'll be able to play with the big boys

Honestly, these guys have come a long way. when they got here last year, they were a joke. Didn't hang out with anyone, got destroyed at sports, were definitely bottom of the bottom tier chapters. This year, they throw decent parties, have stuff going on with sororities all the time, and theyve actually done pretty well in all of their sports. Don't get me wrong, theyre definitely not top tier, but probably more mid/upper mid. Maybe someday you'll be able to play with the big boys

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of California, Irvine - UCI 5.0 Everyone hates on them because they are a great group of guys, who actually try. They put brotherhood first, rage hard, and are making a statement. Keep the hate coming because these boys are the real gentlemen.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of California, Irvine - UCI 4.4 These guys are ALL gentlemen. Can't honestly say that about any other fraternity I have hung out with. Sure, there might be a few guys who have let being in a fraternity get to their egos and became douchebags. But let's be real, 98% of them are the nicest guys ever. You can tell their brotherhood is very strong from how involved they are in campus and how much support they have for each other. Parties never get shut down and go well into the night!

These guys are ALL gentlemen. Can't honestly say that about any other fraternity I have hung out with. Sure, there might be a few guys who have let being in a fraternity get to their egos and became douchebags. But let's be real, 98% of them are the nicest guys ever. Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of California, Irvine - UCI 3.2 Though alot of these rating's are obviously self-made, I do admire Phi Delt's commitment towards improvement. You guys are still farrr off from the mid-top house and it may take years to achieve a higher ranking, but you definitely have put forth alot of effort into starting this fraternity. Good brotherhood, not great social-wise. To any phi delt that has turned douchey since crossing tho, just no. Stop it. Wait for your house to have a solid reputation before thinking you're all that.
