solid upper middle tier house that rule sports. good parties too, some really attractive guys, a few questionable ones, but every house has those.

i'm not sure what to make of sigep. there are these super party fratty ones, then there are those who you'd think would never belong in a fraternity. good parties, horrible at sports. some are incredibly sociably, others almost hide. interesting mix of guys. a mid tier house than can go either way, up or down in the next few years.

they have the look...super hot, but the attitude is what kills it. however, yes, their latest pledge classes have helped A LOT. few years, and they could be a contender for top house.

haven't really heard much from them this year other than the parties that they've had which were a lot of fun. they kind of seem like the wild card, don't really know what to expect from them year to year but they're definitely one of the better, more fun frats at uci!

agree with "truth". numbers adds to presence which is hit or miss. many, many strange guys. a few really top shelf ones. they are good at sports and there is a range of members. few years and we'll see. right now, i'd say good mid tier house that can go either way, up or down.
