Tiers in no particular order:
Top: Delta Sig/Sigma Chi/Zeta Psi
Lower Top: Pike/Theta Xi
Middle: Sigma Nu/Aepi/Theta Chi
Bottom: TKE/ Beta/Sig Ep
everyone else is irrelevant

pretty accurate, but a lot could change this year. With DSig losing their house, Sigma Nu moving away from cuarto, Sig Ep back in the game, and both TX and Pike struggling to maintain a good rep, who knows what will happen. As of right now the only houses that seem to be stable are Sigma Chi, Zeta Psi, and AEPi. Fall rush will determine a lot for the so called "top tier" houses. Also, Beta is irrelevant, should switch them out for Chi Phi

just my thoughts: even with Sig Ep back in the game, they still won't be able to garner up much of a presence on campus until they have a much more solid rush class and more members (esp. since they lost a lot when they lost their charter). TX and Pike definitely have the potential to rise up and maintain a good rep, so we'll see how that plays out throughout the next year. I agree, fall rush really will have a huge impact, especially since Dsig potentially could see a weaker pledge class since they don't have a house. Beta is nothing.
