disagree... nobody likes the "top houses", half of DG's last pledge class dropped.
And I'd say AXO is better than tri delt and theta should be with those two

Definitely, DDD is better than AXO, like EVERYONE is saying, but I do agree that Theta is catching up to AXO. AXO is going down and theta is going up. Pretty soon, it will be...
