most seem to be around 300-500 a quarter depending on if they have a house or not. i heard though that zeta psi pays something like $750 (they do have a sick house tbh)

Zeta psi's house is very far from sick. It's super small and absolutely destroyed. If it's really that much money it's probably because they can't afford to be a functioning fraternity with a house with all 20 of their members paying dues
