Their not bottom tier or top tier, more like a happy middle. Try to keep everything as safe as possible and emphasize that over partying. Seems odd that they have like 4 reviews on here recently that were all made on the same date and all 1 stars but hey that’s just my observation.

imo not a bad frat, high middle tier . used to be in there prime maybe a couple years back, they desperatly need to recruit a solid class insteas of a bunch of wannabe frat stars. 3/5.

They're getting hella hate on here for no reason, y'all realize that allegation on wildfire is false right? Like no one got hurt and the dude was just salty about not being let into a private party. Other than that, they're solid mid-tier, they throw okay parties but the dudes are super nice and really care about safety. They're not Sig Chi level or Sig Nu but they ain't too bad, although their house needs hella work.
