Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 3.8 I don't know what all these accusations are about Sigma Chi doing this self rating thing, but from a real Sigma Chi, I think this house is on the rise, along with ourselves and Sigma Nu. They are a strong house with good brotherhood and I think that they are definitely a top house. I hate that there is sometimes animosity between our houses but I think we can do great things for partway circle if we collaborate. I think any house is a good house, it's just about preference.

They made a dumb ass move though. Their old house was much better. Had a much larger common room and better location (to not get rolled by cops)

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 3.8 Top tier, yeah for sure. They're all sweet guys and throw good parties, but they've always seemed fairly bland. But don't get me wrong- all good guys and the other fraternities respect them, but besides being large and uncontroversial, with a decent membership- nothing much there. Same goes for signu.

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 3.0 Definitely on the rise like sigma chi! These guys moved to delta sigs old house which could either do them really good or really bad. After all, delta sig didn't have too much luck. These guys have gotten progressively more social and much hotter than before but still could use some work.

Singling out just sig ep is ridiculous. 99% of people in greek life at davis weren't cool in hs hence why they went greek to compensate for this fact.
