Our exchange with them last quarter was the best! I love these guys! ACTUALLY, they do have a lettered house on Adams. It's far but it's really nice.

They try really hard but you might as well try Delta Chi, Theta Chi, Chi Phi, or TKE if you're willing to rush this frat....they actually have houses and social skills

Of the newer bottom tiers (Phi Delt, Alpha Sig, Pi Kapp) they are clearly the best organized and most involved of them. Not much bad to say about them, though they don't have any kind of established presence they probably have the most potential of the frats mentioned.
