guys are ok here in terms of looks but they're all really nice. don't throw as much parties as other fraternities but when they do, I always have a good time

theta chi is definitely on the decline. I heard they were having non-brothers live in the house so they could keep their houses. Brothers are cool and their parties are always fun.

there are a lot of things you can say about kappa, but not that they are "airheads". consistently getting highest GPA. they do think too highly of themselves, but that is probably because they look around at other girls in davis and think "wow i look good". they probably need a reality check, but you can't really argue that tons of PNMs want to be kappas.

Definitely top social fraternity, hottest and chillest guys in Davis, all closed parties but if you go to them they're sick, just make sure you find a girl cuz hottest ones are swooped fast, pretty bro typical frat guys but if u want a fun time hit up a pike
