They're chill and down to earth girls. All of the other sororities are uptight. A Chi O's ranking is falling because of some of their weird members.

honestly, theta chis are seen as a joke in the greek system at Davis. They're known to be generally uninvolved on campus and when they do participate in greek events, they make a joke out of it (Mr. Casanova for example). Throws a few good parties here and there but the fraternity is slowly dying since they barely got pledges. With exception to a few good guys, Theta Chis are known to be chill, but slackers.

Girls like them because they're social and not creepy, plus they throw good parties. A lot of sigeps on my floor and they're all really nice guys. People say mostly good things about them.

Throws parties that gets shut down way too early. I hear from a lot of guys and girls that 'the guys in TKE are weird people that just joined together in a drinking club'. Geeky/weird guys that are really but don't seem to belong in a Fraternity. Sort of goes with the saying, "If you can't go Greek, go TKE". However, they're taking over SigEp's house and are moving up the ladder. Will be interesting to see where they are within the next few pledge classes.

Seems that the cycle is happening. Houses@ Frat Circle are the place to be. Few years ago, all top houses were on Frat Row (Theta Chi, SAE, Chi Phi), now there is a transitioning of power to the Circle. While SigEp and Sigma Chi have ways to go, they are up there, along with Delta Sig. Cool guys, definitely threw some crazy ragers.. perhaps too crazy for their own good. Lost their house, can't be a top house if you don't have a house; especially if you lost a house in a prime location. TKE may be a top house as a result of this.

Solid middle tier. People only like them for their open parties which are never really that much fun. The guys are a mix of douche bags and losers, especially some of their new pledge class. On the downhill though.

Sucks they don't have their house anymore and TKE is getting it! They are pretty awesome, but TKE will absolutely run frat circle now they they won't.
