Love going to their parties and always have a good time. Location is great, everybody is so nice and welcoming. Feel safe when I am around them. Would recommend 100%

I’m a brother at phi delt; however, pikap is super chill. We had a party with them a couple weeks back and honestly had a blast with them. Really glad they joined us. Deff looking forward to doing more events with them in the future. Great group of individuals!
