good looking girls who from my interactions with them seem very down to earth and nice and can carry conversations. not top house but those factors alone makes them more appealing to me than the top two houses. would rank them definitely higher than say kappa or axo but still haven't passed pi phi. maybe in the coming years they'll get there.
