houses
by: MUHow does housing work at MU for greeks? Do sophomores typically live in them? Also are there any frats/sororitys without houses or any getting new ones? Best/worse houses, overall quality?

To answer your question you are required to live in the dorm your first two years unless you are a commuter or have some other medical condition. The frats with houses are Sigma Chi, Old and weird basement. Kappa Sigma's is Brand New, too big to fill, bad location, Delta Chi is dirty and looks like a castle, Sigma Phi Delta very nice and pristine, but owned by Marquette. Triangle is just a dump.
