I used to be a member of alpha phi, and they did a horrible job of interpreting COB’s. I never received a big and was constantly treated like “less than” the members who went through formal rush. There was a great sisterhood amongst E-board and the older girls, but my grade was very fake and people stuck to the friend groups they established prior to rush. Many girls were not inclusive and had no interest in making new friends.

They’re a professional sorority but can also have fun. Super nice and cute. Awesome that they support women in STEM-- we need more people like that
