KKG definitely has the best national reputation of all the sororities if you are looking for a large national presence. They have Kappa at all major southern schools, and all ivys like Yale, Harvard, and Columbia. Kappa is comparable in terms of national ranking to KD, tri delta, Alpha Phi, and KAT, whereas the other sororities at Marist are a lot less recognized and don't have a presence at the other big name schools. If you are looking for a "big name" sorority, Kappa is really all Marist has.

I honestly thought the girls were super fun and their room looked great. When my group got to them it was the last rotation of the night so everyone was a little tired but they kept up their energy and made it as much fun as possible. I really appreciated them doing activities so we could get to know each other as PNM’s and also get to know them. It was a great way to end the night

kappa’s girls are very friendly and welcoming. I had great conversations with every sister I talked to during recruitment. Very classy ladies that are fun to be around!

I personally loved KKG last night. It looked like they worked really hard on their room. They girls were dressed really cute and were super nice. Wish I got to talk to more of them though. But overall, they stood out the most to me. I liked how they had everyone answer a question and then split off into groups and talk to girls individually. It switched it up from the other rooms. Loved the other sororities too but KKG stood out the most to me. Can’t wait to see what everyone has in store for night 2! :)
