I love what DM stands for and for everything they do but they have ruined Greek life in that it's just one big competition just to brag about how much money you raised. Also it has ruined the sisterhood in my chapter. Whenever anyone needs a favor they are Expected to give a DM donation. Nobody does anything for anyone unless you give money to their page. It is like paying for their help and it's just downright annoying.

I'm sorry this is happening in your chapter :( maybe get people to donate to other causes when they offer to help you? I like that idea and didn't know it was a thing. I agree that DM is getting our money for some of the wrong reasons, like attention or competition.

I've been screaming his fact since it clicked in my brain!
Sure, we all love to raise money for kids, so why not support Phi Mu more in their philanthropy? It goes to the same place! Plus, most chapters raise more for DM than they do for their own philanthropy - makes me sick
