open houses

So, KKG and PhiMu had opening parties for their additions, do we think SK will, too? I haven't been in a lot of other chapters besides recruitment my freshman year, so I'd be interested in looking at their new house when it's done. And, what's is supposed to look like?

I hope they do, I'd love to go see it!!! Same for Gphi when they get a house, and if anyone else decides to make additions. Such a beautiful row <3

I don't see why they wouldn't have a party to show it off. I know I would want one! My best friend is a SK and she showed me a pic of what their house will look like. it's brick and 3 stories, similar to DDD's house

If you walk by their lot there's a big sign with a picture of the outside of their new house. Their plans are also posted on Facebook, including the inside layout

Where and when is gphib building? There's no more space on or near row. Will they buy a place near row and demo old houses or rely on if and get stuck far away like pip hi?
