most under rated fraternity?

I'm talking like lower mid and bottom houses that are actually a lot better than people tend to give them credit for and/or are making very noticeable improvements that could make them a force to be reckoned with in the near future.

Pi kapp. Attractive guys, good tailgates, rebuilding their house in the next few years. But always run out of alcohol?? fix that and they're a better house than most give them credit for

I second phi sig. If they had a house I feel like people would give them a lot more attention, but the ones I've met were all really cool.
