Im a junior, and I still really want to join a sorority even though Im older. Its something I've always wanted and im a genuinly nice person and I would say im pretty (i know looks matter). If I click with the girls will being a junior affect me?

Depends on the chapter and how good of an impression you make on them. Jrs have been taken before, and they are top quality women
