Kappa Phi Epsilon. They are a Christian fraternity and the most respectable and fun guys to be around. One of their brothers is on the Vineyard Vines instagram, just saying. Really underrated and deserves more attention.

I don't go here, but I'm curious how Phi Delt manages this while still staying on top. At my school, they're still top or close to top, and what they mainly do is throw most of their stuff in their unofficial off campus houses. Sometimes they'll throw stuff in their chapter with alcohol, but they'll keep it small or use the basement.

They also have darties in backlots and such, but still. How do they do it here and what kind of stuff do they throw?

BYX...similar to KPhiE but smaller in size BUT are part of a national organization. KPhiE is only in Gainesville. BYX has chapters in numerous states and is growing.

you don't have to drink at some houses. why would they force you? doesn't men they're dry though
