I was talking to one of their brothers at an event and he said that their nationals was really wary about giving them a house bc they apparently have a really rowdy chapter at FSU and the rep of SEC fraternities in general isn't great. If that's true it seems like it may take a while for them to get a house. I really hope they can get one though, all the guys I met seemed really nice.
