I honestly have no idea how on earth sae is considered top tier. I think lamda chi has better looking guys than them. I think the only thing you need to get into sae is a huge ego

Why is it about looks? Ok they like to party. Hard. But A lot of SAEs I know are nice, smart guys with a lot going for them. Only a certain type guy can be an SAE and majority of them don't care what anyone else thinks. They also have a real strong alumni base at UF and the house is the biggest on campus. There are more reasons fraternity's are considered "Top" than looks sweetheart.
