by: ThinkingSK has a once in a lifetime opportunity to move to mid or high mid tier next year with their new house if they use this year to upgrade their looks. Honestly most are exactly the same as AXO/Kappa but somewhere along the years they got ranked bottom and that is where everyone still puts them oit of habit. That said it will take all year to build their house and it will take all year for them to start creating the look to go with it They won't get another chance to make a huge jump and they need to start getting the positive press out there now. So by Rush the will be viewed much differently. They need to do something big like hire a house trainer / makeover person and do it like a job just for this year to get out of the bottom forever.

They're getting a huge new house to have an advantage during rush and it's probably going to work the first time around but if their reputation doesn't improve after PC16 then good luck trying to recover from that SK lol.

In their favor if they really kill it in the looks department this year and get their house. There is going to be a lot of interest in them and if their looks match their house - bam! They are set. They have cute enough girls to pull it off.

Their nationals are investing a ton of money into the chapter - the current sisters who are lucky enough to be there should invest too. They are an ok house now but for a decent ROI they should make sure their chapter can get to mid tier

I'm in SK and if we were perfect we would be top tier! And from other posts even the top tier isn't perfect. This thinking will keep us at bottom. At least 80% of the house could be mid tier right now if they wd turn it up just a bit. This may insult some, but If they can get over it and do it I bet none will complain when we are ranked mid tier next year.

Obviously nobody is perfect... "lul wut" is just saying she's perfectly happy with her friends/sisters now and doesn't see why they need to change. who cares if you're top or bottom.

This is such an awful post... Like, how vain are you? Maybe SK doesn't care about rankings. Why should they when it's not like rankings truly change anything. If a top tier was officially labelled bottom tier tomorrow, would your life change at all? No. So get over yourself.

There is nothing wrong with looking for the whole package. There are girls who are beautiful, smart, kind, and wonderful human beings. Just because you're beautiful it doesn't make you a bad person and recruiting based on looks, class, and other factors doesn't make you a bad chapter.

Yeah that's true if all they do is get a new house. Nice house by itself won't make them move but an overall makeover will Otherwise it'll be same old SK in s nice house
