Wait until fall and decide for yourself. You need to see firsthand who you like and who likes you. You will change your mind and your preferences. Don't assume you'd fit into a so-called top house. You can't tell what the sisters are like until you meet them. No one is better than anyone else. If you're in high school, enjoy high school and wait to experience college life. If you're a freshman here now, get to know a lot of sisters in different houses.

Do not fall for the myth of "tiers". There are no "tiers". Those who tell you about the supposed "tiers" will not be able to show you a single authority that recognizes any "tiers". They are not recognized by UF; they are not recognized by UF Panhellenic; indeed, they are not recognized by any Greek authority anywhere. Which means, that the "tiers" you hear about are simply made up by puerile sorority girls and frat boys, who just happen to be members of the "top tier", of course. LOL.
