Yes, it's true, "rankings" and "tiers" are not acknowledged or recognized by any UF or UF Panhellenic authority. They're simply not! That's why none of these "rankers" can ever point you to an authoritative source for their "tiers". They "exist" only in their minds ... and on their clickety clack keyboards.
