Yes, there are some truly not hot girls in the bottom tiers but most could move up a lot with a great fitness plan to build a smokin body, a few makeup lessons and some tanning/extensions if they really want it bad enough as a group. Bottom houses, stop complaining and work together. Worse case is you become a better and healthier version of yourself!

You're right about good maintenance but particularly right about #5. I know someone who was flawless in her social media photos yet wore no makeup during recruitment. She would also wash her hair and walk out the door, letting the Florida humidity work it's magic. This girl - who would be a great addition to ANY chapter - was unrecognizable. I'm not advocating being fake but she should have made the effort to look like the photos she submitted with her application.

Look at the photos of girls in top houses - hair curled, great makeup and lipstick, toned - besides some obvious gorgeous girls the only difference between most is some make an effort and others dont

Why are you talking about something that does not exist? "Rankings" or "tiers" do not exist anywhere. Other than in the puerile minds of hallucinating losers, of course. It boggles the mind that you are so vain as to think that "rankings" and "tiers" exist because you literally make them up and type them into online posts. Really? How were you admitted to UF? There is an obvious deep flaw in the admissions process.

One thing that rings true is that Zeta has a certain way they want their members to look and pose. Anyone with eyes can see it just by looking at some of their photos; they try coordinate everything. Cover up the matching dresses, take away the makeup, really look HARD at the faces and you have A LOT of average looking girls, who look NO DIFFERENT from girls in many other chapters. They do not have an edge on looks on this campus. It's worth pointing this out since some people are only interested in looks.
