Agree. Honestly overall it seems that having so many pnms this year has really improved most houses' pc this year over last year, even in the lower/mid teirs.. A lot of girls that got AXO, Aephi, chi o and deeph could easily have been in last years pcs at Aopi, DDD, etc. Overall seems like a big improvement across the board.

SO TRUE. I'm in one of the lower/middle tier houses and I swear some of the girls we bidded this year look like they could have gone anywhere last year. Competition was fierce this year!

From a guy's point of view-one house isn't better than another. You are all different types. I prefer brunettes, and while I admit DDD is beautiful, I prefer the look of DG and ZTA. It depends who you ask. I say AOPI is mid tier, but my bros think I'm crazy.

Yes, us dudes come on here too. I am in a upper mid tier frat. I love the look of AOPI and DG - they are beauties and fun. I have to say that DDD, KD an ZTA are gorgeous girls, but many are just too boring to be around. At some parties all they do is take selfies all night.
