Are sorority women allowed to go out during recruitment or are there Panhellenic rules aginst it?

Why would you want to go out during recruitment? You're tired, losing your voice, your feet hurt, and you're sleep deprived.

I want to know this too. Everyone keeps asking "why would you want to? why can't you just have fun at rush?" but honestly if I'm not that tired (like I haven't been for a couple days) and have friends going out, I want to know if I can go out with them.
