What happens if you don't pay your dues?

If after the new member period you fall behind on dues, you're usually placed on financial suspension, which means you can participate in sisterhood events (chapter, dinner, etc) but not any social events. If you don't pay for a long time, you can't retain membership

You shouldn't join a sorority if you can't afford to pay dues.

Find a way to pay them. You don't want to be turned over to a collection agency.
