fraternity tiers

Tier lists are so subjective, but since everyone seems to keep their lists fairly consistent on here I figured I may as well challenge with my own.
Factors for not just attractiveness but also personality of brothers, quality of socials, and general respect toward girls. Also a little bit of diversity, or at least tolerance to diversity.
Top (No particular order):
Chi Phi, Sigma Nu, AEPi, Lambda Chi, TEP, Delt, Phi Tau
Upper Mid (No particular order):
Theta Chi, Delta Chi, ATO, Beta
Lower Mid (No particular order):
TKE, Pi Lamb, DU
Bottom (No particular order):
Pike, SAE, KA
Know too little to properly rank:
Phi Delt, Phi Sig, Kappa Sig, Pi Kapp, FIJI

So wrong, it's unreal.
Sigma Nu is awkward and strange. Lambda Chi has 0 socials ever so not sure how quality of socials got judged there....same with Pi Lam, TKE and DU?? The only thing I really see in this ranking is just the 'respect towards girls' bit but I've met plenty of guys in your 'bottom' who are WAY more respectful than guys in say, pkt or tep.. so IDK where you're going with this.

oh oops! don't know why I did that haha they'd likely be upper middle but I also don't know them well enough to 100% say. pretty sure they'd be upper middle though!

The top frats aren't all horrible guys. But the only horrible guys I've met at UF are in top frats. A lot of them are only nice to you if you're in a top sorority.
