pilam vs fiji

Pilam or Fiji ? I am transferring from UIUC where pilam is a new colony and still recolonizing. Fiji is a top tier house. I got bided from both in u of I before the decision to transfer here was taken. So what's my best bet?

Check them both out but from what I know PiLam is better and apparently they are taking in a bunch of zbts.
