Theta Chi and Pike are not equal to Phi Delt or Beta.
KA goes at the top of the middle tier with ZBT
ZTA got turned down TWICE for homecoming, they aren't alone as #1, KD should be next to ZTA
AOII and DDD are pretty even as the bottom of the top tier. ADPi then DG then AOII and DDD.
Theta and DZ are even, not DZ and Pi Phi.

I'd switch TEP with Phi Tau and put Delta Chi above Chi Phi
