Have already started coming around and building a list of guys they want to refound the Florida Alpha chapter. They are trying really hard to make sure the current and old SigEps have absolutely no contact with the new group. The old guys won't even be able to come around until after the new guys are initiated (six months to a year).

The chapter's brothers who are still enrolled in school have had their membership 'suspended' by the national fraternity. They can return to 'normal status' if they abide all of the rules of their suspension, which includes learning good behavior and not contaminating the new colony with the bad fraternal culture that led to the suspension. If they follow the terms of their suspension, they can become recognized as fully fledged alumni brothers upon graduation, with all of the benefits that status entails.

that joins will find out all of the old rituals and hazing methods, it's only a matter of time. they may be straight-edge for a year tops before they go back to their old ways.

Much past experience has shown that re-colonization success can be ensured only when started with a clean slate of new members who have no preconceived notions or paradigms about the Chapter and/or how it should be run

First the house needs to renovated. Then it will be rented to another frat. Finally once adequate numbers of members are recruited, the chapter will move back in. It will be several years.

The renovated SigEp facility will have everything desired by the targeted type of Potential New Members, including
- a faculty office
- a main classroom
- a second classroom
- a house parent suite
- two suites for graduate student mentors
- two libraries
- three women's bathrooms

This makes no sense. How would the national chapter in Virginia already have built a list of guys they want to refound the Florida Alpha chapter?There is no recruiter here or any information on if they are even having a rush for Spring 2015
