ATO SX KS BTP
These are the best 4 frats right now, and ATO is easily #1 without any competition. SX BTP and KS all have good parties and sororities coming around, no one here creeps on girls either.
SigEp PDT KA PKP
After the above 4 are these. The last 4 really good groups for parties who aren't creepy or weird.
SAE Pike OX AEPi
OX is weird AF, they had their president and rush chair Cosby girls in the last 4 years. SAE has had allegations but nothing proven, pretty much these 2 are stuck with freshman girls who don't know any better, parties are bad. Pike and AEPinare taking advantage and moving up.

nah idc about theta chi i feel like the only indisputable tops are ato machi and beta. kappa sig is not even remotely close
