Advice for pnms
by: RushTrust me on this- the most important thing about a chapter is sisterhood. If you can figure out how many girls stay in a chapter until they graduate vs how many girls drop, you can see their sisterhood. Retention rate is key! If their senior class is tiny it should be a red flag. (Keep in mind a lot of seniors aren’t at rush so don’t just assume)

Girls drop for all kinds of reasons. Some find Greek life to time demanding in relation to their studies. But some drop because they realize they chased after a house only to find there is no sisterhood. Some houses want you because of what you can do for their image. They value your looks, image and ig presence, not so much about you as a person and what you need from a sisterhood. It’s a shallow existence to find yourself in if you don’t find a group of friends within the house….and you drop. Know the difference between a house that needs you and a house that helps you.
